The School of the Spirit meets for three sessions for one hour following the Sunday service on the first Sunday of the month on March 1, April 5, and May 3. 

This gathering is designed for believers who desire to grow in their understanding and practical expression of the Holy Spirit’s work, especially within a healthy, biblically grounded, and pastorally guided environment.

What Is the School of the Spirit?

The School of the Spirit focuses on the charismatic gifts of the Holy Spirit, as taught throughout the New Testament. Scripture teaches that the Holy Spirit gives gifts to believers to strengthen the church, serve others, and glorify Jesus Christ 1 Corinthians 12:4–7. These gifts are distributed by the Spirit according to His will and are intended to operate in love, unity, and order 1 Corinthians 12:11, 1 Corinthians 14:26, 1 Corinthians 14:40. 

Session Format

Teaching (15 minutes)
Each session begins with focused teaching rooted in Scripture, addressing topics such as:

• The manifestation and purpose of spiritual gifts 1 Corinthians 12:7–11

• Grace-gifts given for service and ministry Romans 12:6–8

• Gifts that equip and build up the body of Christ Ephesians 4:11–13

• Faithful stewardship of what God has entrusted to each believer 1 Peter 4:10

Teaching emphasizes sound doctrine, Christ-centered motivation, and the biblical purpose of the gifts within the local church.

Activation and Practice (45 minutes)
Following the teaching, participants are invited into a time of guided activation. This portion of the School of the Spirit provides a safe, supervised, and encouraging environment where attendees can explore and grow in spiritual gifts through prayer, listening to the Holy Spirit, and practical application. All activation takes place with pastoral oversight and clear biblical boundaries, ensuring that everything contributes to the strengthening and edification of the church 1 Corinthians 14:29–33.

The School of the Spirit is open to anyone who desires to grow in their relationship with the Holy Spirit, whether you are new to a Spirit-filled church, curious about the gifts of the Spirit, or seeking deeper spiritual maturity. No prior experience is required, and participation is encouraged at a pace that is comfortable and prayerful.
